bug: Air Slice x Force Launch x Rewind

1. get full Force Launch upgrades
2. get full Air Slice upgrades
3. travel to the moon
4. Force Launch as many times upward as you can
5. when you don't make it to the moon, rewind to the last time you Force Launched
   RESULT: it won't let you Force Launch again
   EXPECTED: after the rewind and there is an Air Slice charge left, allow Force Launching as well

sometimes a bit intermittent. keep trying it, you'll get it to happen sometime where it'll say it has some air ports but won't let you use force launch
