Talos in Proxmox - No such host

I built two VMs in proxmox, using the image here

I followed the instructions here: https://www.talos.dev/v1.6/talos-guides/install/virtualized-platforms/proxmox/

However, the console suggests that the talos VM cannot pull the image

I have other VMs using vmbr0 and they all can connect to the internet.

As you can see in the logs, your DNS server specified returns 'no such host'. Either the DNS is wrong, or something else, but I don't see a problem with Talos Linux here so far.
