I found a couple of oversights, and suggested one compromise. It should be ready to go. I think a future discussion on the missions you suggest, and exactly how you intend to get around the inherent problems, would be very interesting.

Scratch that. I just found a recent lecture on PMS technology by Jeff Greason that makes some of what I wrote obsolete.

Added a paragraph about Jeff Greason's "q-drive" concept, and made some additions to the applications section.
