Finished 2nd edit review. Looks good for the most part. I just found a few more grammar issues

Okay, this should be ready to go. I accepted most of the changes. However, as a rule, the punctuation comes before the endquote only in an actual citation, and not when the quotes are used to highlight a pword or phrase. Therefore, I did not accept the displaced periods.

Nice catch on the which/that. However, I decided to go with "that", so I deleted the comma instead.
