Stack policies are currently delivered after the API request has been completed. This is fine for create, but problematic on update when policy changes may be required. Before callback should be included for updates which runs comparison for modifications on existing policy, notifies user, prompts for confirmation, then applies required subset of policy changes for the update to complete successfully.
