Elastic Beanstalk latest 2023 AMI image does not contain mysqldump

In the newest version of Elastic Beanstalk then the mysqldump is not included.
The version is: PHP 8.2 running on 64bit Amazon Linux 2023/4.0.2
I have tried to install it but without luck.

Does anybody know what to do in this instance?

After a ton of time tinkering around i found a working solution.

In the .platform/hooks/prebuild folder i added the following. This install the tools needed. If you can see some way to optimize let me know.

# Download the MySQL community repository RPM
sudo wget https://dev.mysql.com/get/mysql80-community-release-el9-5.noarch.rpm -O mysql-community-release.rpm

# Install the downloaded RPM
sudo rpm -Uvh mysql-community-release.rpm

# Clean Yum cache
sudo yum clean all

# Rebuild Yum cache
sudo yum makecache

# Install the MySQL community client package
sudo yum -y install mysql-community-client
