SPDX Dataset Profile may benefit from the Dataset class in Data Catalog Vocabulary (DCAT) version 3
https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-dcat-3/#Class:Dataset

For equivalent/comparable properties, we can do mapping (see also: In external repo identifiers, add homepage URL and repo URL spdx-spec#462)
For relevant properties that are not exist in SPDX profiles yet, we may review and consider to add them in 3.1
