Allow overrides for JVM configuration

As a use I want to enable a 3rd party Trino connector that requires additional JVM options to be passed to Trino. At the moment this cannot be done without building a custom version of the Stackable Trino operator. I would like a means to set a configuration override to modify the JVM command line options.
