[enhancement]: Backlog only cluster nodes

Which feature or improvement would you like to request?

At the moment, there are some periodical jobs running on each node (and colliding as they all try to run the same jobs) to handle deleted emails, creating hashes, sending webhook updates etc.

Instead, in a cluster environment, it would be ideal to be able to dedicate one or more servers to handle these kind of backlog jobs. So that most of these tasks are completed faster without hogging the resources of mail servers and it would increase overall performance as it would remove some of the load from other servers.
