The relationship spotting fails to spot the per-child in the following case:
Demetria was born on December 27, 1978 in San Francisco, California to Joseph V. Lujan-Carrillo and Dr. Cynthia G. Mitchell.
Simplifying the parental names to:
David was born on December 27, 1978 in San Francisco, California to Joseph Smith and Jane Smith.
does not fix the problem and adds the problem that the dob is attributed to Joseph

While this is indeed an issue, I really suspect no one is going to edit the rules which extract that particular text as a relation
Unless you're the one who wants to take it on? I can tell you where the rules are kept, at least
