Add hashtags to multiple pages

Problem to Solve

It is slow/inefficient to add the same hashtag(s) to multiple pages, either by typing directly or using the Add Hashtag dialog.

New Feature/Solution

1. Add an input text box with type-ahead to easily type old or new hashtags
2. When multiple pages are selected, opening the Insert Hashtags dialog, the Add to tag bank at top of page checkbox should be pre-checked and read-only, preferably with an info-message like "Required when multiple pages are selected". Pressing OK should add specified hashtag(s) to the selected pages in the appropriate location
3. Add a new checkbox, Append hashtags to page title
4. Add a new checkbox, Append hashtags to page

Additional Context

• Bug: After having applied a HashTag, the "Recently used tags" isn't updated as it should. Sometimes it updates, but it's really not consistent, and it also forgets/changes the history even though I haven't applied/used new tags...
