ToC: Option to update page date on section & notebook TOcs on refresh.

Problem to Solve

Every month I recreate ToCs for all my notebooks (I would love to automate this even a little - but that is another story).
I used to create new pages, but since the "Refresh" works so well, I just use that.

It would be great if there was a checkbox option or just the default behaviour for the tool to update the page date at the top left of the page.
