Describe the bug
When a new course is added to an existing membership level with a recurring subscription, members who already belong to that level cannot enroll in the new course. The system requires them to cancel their current subscription and repurchase the membership to access the newly added course. This behavior causes confusion and disrupts the expected user experience.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a membership level with a recurring subscription using Paid Memberships Pro.
  2. Protect a course using this membership level.
  3. Assign members to the membership level and confirm they have access to the course.
  4. Add a new course to the same membership level.
  5. Log in as an existing member and attempt to access the newly added course.
  6. The member is unable to enroll in the course unless they cancel their subscription and repurchase the membership.

Expected Behavior
Existing members with active subscriptions to a membership level should automatically gain access to any new courses added to the membership without needing to cancel or repurchase their membership.
