how to insert the FK

I'm trying to populate my database. I have 2 entities, StateEntity and CountryEntity, respectively:

  @OneToMany(() => CityEntity, (city) => city.stateId)

}

As you can see, the state entity is dependent on the country entity. So that's my question, how can i save the countryId in state seed.

The State Seed I didn't yet.
