Link to multipage version of ecma-262

Now that the multipage build of the spec is available, it might be nice to link to it in addition to the single-page version. I'm not sure what the best way to surface it is - another top-level item under Specs? Maybe there's a way to indent it to indicate that it's a variant, not a distinct specification?
