Hackathon Task for Team-19 Hackathon 2021

Task description:

Provide a project structure with correct Red Hat repos on which the services can be built. This story aims to demonstrate how a Quarkus based api would look like. The project will refer to Red Hat BOM and provide the best praactices for the base project. This project will form the basis of Curriki MSA
