Feature request: rename a key via BLE #344

Adding or removing a key is available via BLE with the commands 'add-key', 'add-key-request', and 'remove-keys' included in tesla-control.

It would be nice, if a key can be renamed via BLE as well. Currently the command 'rename-key' is available via Fleet API only.

Key names are managed by the backend so they can be synchronized across cars, and so it's unlikely this will be implemented as a vehicle command.
