(firstly sorry I'm not an English native)

I noticed that dirsync works with single file at one time, it sync next file until previous file is completed syncing.

How can I make it work with 3, 4 files at one time ?

I'm afraid you'd have to rewrite the whole program to make it work this way... It would be an interesting challenge, and I don't have any time to allocate to it (I hardly use dirsync at all these days). Feel free to try your luck if you feel like it!
