Publish latest version on Pypi

Hi there.

So I'm using Python >3.11, Wagtail 6.2 and l18n is a requirement of Wagtail.

The last published version of l18n does not account locale.getdefaut depreciation whilst looking at the develop branch, it has the necessary adjustments to account for this.

So I was wondering, when will the next release be available on pypi?
