Deprecation of a ropsten test net

Dear Team according to this deprecation notice ropsten network is going to be down q4 2022.

• Is it any plan to migrate a dafault contract to Goerli network ?
• Are we going to migrate/ replay a data of already created did ?
• what will happen with did:elem:ropsten did ?

did:elem:ropsten <- DIDs of this form will also be deprecated... since the verifiable data registry for them will become unreachable.

Yes, and possibly other networks if desired, I will accept a PR that does this, or we may assign internal resources to address this.

We've still not done this, recommended approach:

0. do a hardhat techspike
1. deploy the example contract to a new network
2. replace the contract code with the sidetree contract
3. do a deployment of the sidetree contract to the new network
4. update the contract address and network config in the hosted sidetree node config.

use a faucet to get testnet ETH.
