environment.yml was created using --from-history and so doesn't detail package versions except for python itself (3.9)
Installations made close to the course date, resulted in Jupyter lab crashing on start.
This was solved by sending by email a replacement environment.yml produced weeks earlier, detailing all the packages. This then didn't install in Linux PC with Anaconda, giving, package version not available.
I don't know how to make sure that environment woks across platforms, but it would be better to test creating the env and to specify exact versions.
