We have had AGA/AGF donation links on the page and this is a manual process for someone. This should be added somewhere statically so they can be easily shown each year.

This was added programmitically in 2020 and the code can be found https://github.com/usgo/gocongress/blob/e77cbddd9329f72ea8d639bb2babe51d8321240e/app/views/2020/home/_logo_and_welcome.haml
This should be checked with the congress coordinator for full placement.
