Allow for the VTracer Rust Python bindings to read in and write out to and from a buffer

Per the title, it'd be a real convenience to read in and write out to buffers (I'm thinking BytesIO buffers; though, I'm unware of any others). Is there any talk about this for in the future? Is it possible given the way VTracer is currently designed? What changes if any would have to happen in order for this to be a feasible request?
