Show label on hovering the unlabelled icons

Hovering on the icons in navbar would show a label of the icon

Easy identification of the icons by the user

Add the feature in the navbar of showing label on hover

Are you willing to work on this yourself?

@Ishu813 i'm not a maintainer.. but never wait for someone to assign issues to u...

if u found something worth making a pr

  1. first make an issue
  2. then solve it and send a pr if u can ... never wait for someone to assign issues for you
  3. let everyone who sees to this issue know that u are working on this issue.

if u wait for someone to assign issues to u.. u'll probably never be assigned ... cos no one believes a beginner can do better than someone who has been contributing to this repo for long time ...

so prove it by sending proper PR's!!

merging it or closing it is totally up to maintainers!! if they see this change unworthy they'll close it!!
