Styling links in 11.0.3-a1

Upgrading from 11.0.2 to 11.0.3-a1 disabled our link styles:

The links now had their default blue color instead of our custom styling that worked in 11.0.2:

Using the Avalonia Debugger, I noticed that the CHyperlink was only in the logical tree, not in the visual tree:
