is vulkan supported with gtk4 on windows? if not I'd like to help with it if possible, though I'm new to gtk and gvsbuild.

Hi @gamerx1221, we are currently not building GTK with Vulkan support. I am not sure what it would take to do so off the top of my head except for adding the -Dvulkan=enabled switch, but I would be glad for you to look in to it.
