如果我将应用上架到app stroe，使用fair打包了新的补丁，新用户下载app后首次打开就是补丁以后的代码吗？还是需要重启以后才会显示补丁以后的代码？还有就是上架app store会不会受限制

这只跟你自身写的逻辑有关系。你要是需求一定要显示下发的最新的页面。那就等下载完了再显示页面。或者就是第一次见页面用 aot 的，第二次进如果下载好了用 下发的
