Support development in Docker

Well, as simple as it may be: we need support for development in Docker / Devcontainers. As for today, due to issue #766 this is not possible, as the Docker will not open the browser with extension installed.

Developing on local environment and polluting your PC with node_modules

Looks like web-ext doesn't support docker. So for now you can just disable the runner:
