现在种审在评论区给出详细修改意见后，发布者引用评论回复种审表示已修正，但是种审不知道有这条消息需要再次点进去才会发现（特别是对于候选区种子）；论坛区如果被引用回复了，除了该主题帖发帖者外是不知道有这条消息的。

PT的引用功能大部分时候是引用并回复该评论者/楼层的使用场景，建议：种子（包括候选）及论坛的消息被引用后，系统发送私信给被引用者
