Can't run helper, system error

[GoogleCodeExporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. double click .exe
2. then system error break out

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think this program can run and help me steal others

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the newest version
