A prerequisite of this: #1037

The UX allows the user to swipe on the organization icon on the home page app bar to switch between accounts. For how it works, refer to gmail's mobile app as an example. We don't have a detailed design for this, so implementing this will require some experiments with different UX.

This was brought up here.
