Send "suggested_area" property as part of the discovery JSON

Send as part of the HA discovery JSON additional tag "suggested_area" as part of the "devices:" property, this will allow HA to automatically put device in a proper location.

Also inclusion of this tag should be separate from the option "Gateway -> Ignore Location" as that option works correctly and removes "location" from the name, this could be enabled permanently or has a separate option to enable disable.
