welle.io 2.5

After 2 1/2 years, here is the next welle.io release. It is a service release, which means that no big new features are added. But there are a lot of important changes in the background to make welle.io future-proof. See the following list for details.

Major changes since welle.io 2.4

Core

• Migrate from Qt5 to Qt6
• Migrate build chain from travis-ci and appveyor to GitHub Actions
• Add inital scan button (#724). Thanks to @dforsi

Windows

• Add MS Windows 64-bit (x86_64) support
• Drop MS Windows 32-bit (x86) support
• Drop official MS Windows 10 and 7 support
  Note: The chances are really high the welle.io runs also on MS Windows 10, but I didn't test it and I will not fix Windows 10 related bugs.
• Migrate installer to Inno Setup
  Please manually uninstall older welle.io releases because there is no automatic migration implemented.
• Update to Qt 6.7.2
• Update to Zadig 2.9
• Update fftw, rtlsdr and airspy libraries to the latest versions
• Fix some bugs in rtlsdr which makes welle.io crash

Linux

• Update to Qt 6.7.2
• Migrate to AppImage creation to https://github.com/probonopd/go-appimage
  • Because of this bug (probonopd/go-appimage#301) I can't provide a working AppImage.
  • Please use version 2.4

Android

• Update to Qt 6.5
• Because of missing signatures (#814) I can't provide a working APK.

MacOS

• Drop support because of missing maintenance.
• Building from source is not tested.
• Please use version 2.4
