Free Geek Twin Cities Customization Tool

The Free Geek Twin Cities Customization Tool (fgtcct) used to customize workstations setup at Free Geek Twin Cities.

To customize a workstation to Free Geek Twin Cities standards:

  • install the Xubuntu Linux distribution in OEM mode.
  • download the Free Geek Twin Cities Customization Tool (fgtcct).
  • In a Terminal run the Free Geek Twin Cities Customization Tool (./fgtcct)
  • Follow the instructions, the tool will explain all the changes it is making to your system and at the end it will require a reboot.
  • After rebooting the system, run the Free Geek Twin Cities Customization Tool again to complete the setup (./fgtcct)
  • Follow the instructions to the end to complete the setup.

The Free Geek Twin Cities Customization Tool may also download and use adducci, GeekBench and XFce configuration settings.
