There is an inversion in the Pin definitions of the LDO Nitehawk-SB fan tacho pins.
Hotend(extruder) tacho fan pin: A1 - GPIO16 - MCU_PWM0
Part tacho fan pin: A2 - GPIO17 - MCU_PWM1
