So the first thing we wanted to know was, "what questions will someone be asking when they use our data"?

• How many meetings has [person] had with [organisation]?
• ...And vice versa
• What organisations has [person] met with?
• What people has [organisation] met with?
• What company meets with the government most often?

Possible future refinements

We will want to able to search by job tile & department as well as by person's name. In this case the department is needed to differentiate different minsters who have the same job title across different departments.

Companies can be grouped by sector, e.g. healthcare, so [sector] can replace [organisation] in the above.
