Login to World of Warcraft with your GameMaster-Account.
Go with your Character to the Place, where you want to spawn the NPC.
The NPC will look in the direction your Character is facing by spawing.
Use the Command ".npc add [ID]" to spawn the NPC permanently.
Login to World of Warcraft with your GameMaster-Account.
Go with your Character to the NPC, which you wish to remove.
Select the NPC as Target and use the Command ".npc delete".
