This is the second release of TheAIR.

This release contains major changes and improvements:

• We have added the following measured to characterize the individual immunoglobulin repertoires: CPM, igRPM, and Shannon entropy
• We have reported this measured per sample
• Currently, TheAIR includes 6786 samples. We plan to extend this number to 8555 (number of RNA-Seq samples available in GTEX v6)

The first public release of The AIR is available.

The current release contains public clonotypes ( i.e. CDR3s shared by at least two individuals) for each of the B and T cell receptor chains:

IGK_public.csv
IGL_public.csv
