Fully functional version

This release covers the first fully functional version of the circuit board. There are no problems with the components anymore and the template projects are working flawless. The documentation contains the up to date pinmapping and also the component sources. The docs are going to be extended with a introductory chapter, a howto and some example projects.

V1.1

Moved all components to other locations in the schematics and redesigned the pcb. The new version uses only a single layer and has no intersections which require the use of vias. The backside is now a GND plane with a small power plane underneath the FPGA IC. Documentation still needs to be updated to the new schematics.

Version 1

First version of the MAXwell FPGA dev board that is now out for production. Hopefully there are no mistakes in the design 🙏. Corrections might come up in future versions
