OpenWRT for BananaPI BPI-R4 r42.

Changes since r41:

• Integrate recent upstream OpenWrt snapshot changes, kernel 6.6.63.
• Repo configs updated to stick with OPKG & 24.10-SNAPSHOT tree, repo signatures disabled to avoid errors temporary.
• Fixed error which prevented to select channel on WiFi after initial install until WiFi mode are switched (BE->AX).
• mt76 driver version hold prior breaking changes of doing one radio for every band (as a step of prepartion for MLO support) due to poor support by software yet.
• Default CPU governor changed from ondemand to userspace (which basically does nothing) until the issue with locks during high IO load & CPU frequency switching.
• Added luci-app-mwan3 and luck-app-qos and their deps
• U-Boot config & DTS update to include complete support for NVMe (MTK GEN3 PCIe controller). Able to boot FIP image from NVMe now.

• Official SNAPSHOT tree migrated to APK packages.
• mediatek: pinctrl-mt7988: add missing PWM pingroups
• Fix wo_2 firmware loading
• Add patch for u-boot to enable NVMe and remove unnecessary other OS support
• Port MTK WED patch to a new kernel.

Known issues:

• Broken repo links due to upstream migration to APK. Fix by running: sed -i -E 's/downloads\.openwrt\.org\/snapshots\//downloads.openwrt.org\/releases\/24.10-SNAPSHOT\//' /etc/opkg/distfeeds.conf
• No WiFi channel selection on 1st run. Workaround: switch config from BE to AX mode, pick any channel which becomes available to choose from once switched, save & apply, then you can turn back BE mode - channel selection should become available now.

Changes since r18:

• Merged all changes from the upstream base. Including those, which recently added support for WiFi 7 NIC. Dropped some of the patches which added that support before.
• Switched compiler optimizations to favor speed instead of space now, after resolving packages included and lowering image size. Switched to use binutils 2.43.1.
• Optimized kernel/boot configs a bit.
• Changed partition layout to match upstream.
• Removed some extra packages from the base image, added few others.
• Added PPPoA, PPTP & PPPoL2TP support options and their dependencies.
• Added packages: hwclock, owut, mbedtls-util, ucode-mod-uclient, libusb-1.0, libudev-zero, lsblk.
• Added Busybox applets: blkid (+volumeid), chrt, fdisk (+writable +GPT), partprobe, renice, script, scriptreplay, udhcpc.
• Removed ip and tc Busybox applets (superseeded by ip-full & tc-full packages built-in).
• Removed bwm-ng,odhcpd(full) packages.
• Added kernel modules for OpenVPN DCO, WireGuard, various (MBIM, NCM, HSO, QMI, Huawei, Kalmia) 3G/4G/5G modems and USB NICs (cdc-ether, RNDIS), sched-ipset, l2tp-eth, l2tp-ip, usb-wdm.
• Removed mt7981, mt7986 bootloaders from the build.
• Fixed some kernel modules were built only as packages, now they're in the image.
• As usual feeds were updated to a most recent version (on a build date) as well.
