This adds custom VID/PID values and USB descriptor strings for the X-Input and Generic HID modes.

This adds support for 3 strings in the USB descriptor (manufacturer, product name, and version)
This also adds support for modifying the 2 hex values of the USB device, which will definitely break things if you're not careful
