V0.3.0 - functional version (examples outdated)

Many scenarios are now covered for connecting to Wifi as a station or starting as Access point.

Config parameters are accessible from web page menu on "/"

MQTT connection is not thoroughly tested in many scenarios except the ones I use extensively.

TO DO:
update examples to showcase the several scenarios that justify the many modification the code has been receiving over the years

Still work in progress but a working version

Purpose of the Release is to avoid any unforeseen impact on some else project using this version of code.

Examples are not updated so they may show some inconsistency

Also some dependencies are not identified, so either check the code or in case of error download any dependency.
