Description

This PR include blog post about Selenium Manager 0.4.13 and 0.4.14, shipped with Selenium 4.13.0 and 4.14.0, respectively.

Motivation and Context

Part of the Selenium 4.13.0 and 4.14.0 releases.

Types of changes

• Change to the site (I have double-checked the Netlify deployment, and my changes look good)
• Code example added (and I also added the example to all translated languages)
• Improved translation
• Added new translation (and I also added a notice to each document missing translation)

Checklist

• I have read the contributing document.
• I have used hugo to render the site/docs locally and I am sure it works.

This makes it sound like Edge support was added new in Selenium 4.13.

Maybe the title can be Selenium Manager Updates and talk about both what we did for 4.13 and what we're going to have for 4.14? That way when we do the blog post for 4.14 we have something to link to already. (and the goal is to have a very fast turnaround for 4.14 release)

I have just renamed the blog post title. Also, I included the version 0.4.14 in the section about Edge management.
