This course introduces you to a fundamental component of graduate work – disciplined scholarship. Graduate education is rooted in a strong tradition of research and scholarly endeavour that includes exploration, creative conceptualization, and systematic inquiry.
This course provides an overview of the process, critical analysis, and associated skills required for scholarship and research. Designed for learners who may have little experience in the area of research, this course will provide an introduction to scholarly inquiry and various approaches to research being used in the field of leadership. The aim of this course is to introduce learners to the skills necessary to become critical consumers, and discriminating users, of research.
