General Enhancements

• Algorithm Enhancements:

  • adds possibility to deactivate check data in reading input files
  • adds default value 0 for time slice in instantiation of TimeFrame
  • uses more versatile way to convert Epoch timestamps to DateTime objects

• Enhancements Breaking Backward Compatibility:

  • changes routing parameter name for linear reservoir from r_p_k_h2o to r_p_rk
