Seems like there's a Chef Delivery deprecation issue as Delivery is deprecated. Are there any other Github actions that we can use as we just need to run rspec and cookstyle I believe.

Also the git version constraint does not allow it to go upto the latest (v11)
v11 fixes the unified_mode true deprecation issue.
node_build also has this same version constraint.
