[Bug]: App cannot Handle private Tags

What happened?

We have a paperless Instance for two users with private and shared documents.
We also use private Tags.
If a shared document has a Tag that I have not the rights to see the Web-UI shows a tag "private".
The App however becomes near unusable when such a document is on display.

Steps to reproduce

In the Web-UI

1. Create two users A and B
2. Log in as B
3. Create a Tag "MyTag" that is owned by B and cannot be seen by A
4. Create a File without owner (everyone has all righs) and tag it with "MyTag"
5. Log in as A
6. Open new file
7. See how its supposed to be displayed

In the App:

1. Log in as A
2. Open Document-Overview in different modes
3. See Problem
4. Open Document with shared tag
5. See Problem
6. Edit it
7. See Problem

Outside of edit-Mode Details are not shown at all

List-View is usable

Grid-View does not show Files with private Tags and i cannot click them

Detail-View is unusable, I cannot scroll past the first tag
