Current implementation of GG tests requires a role with admin rights, as the tests initialize GG and IoT entities required for the tests on a fly. This is not right from a security point-of-view.
Description of changes:
Don't run Greengrass tests in CI.
NOTE Tests themselves remain, as it might be possible to adjust them to use predefined entities.
