This set of changes updates the README file with more documentation and clarifications from the previous update. This also utilizes the architecture diagram for LISA Serve that I uploaded but failed to reference.
This adds information about getting values for the authConfig and clarifications for the OpenAI spec support and configuration for LiteLLM.
