Fixed SQL for GH creature models

Changes Proposed:

• Add SQL to add DisplayID to Talamortis, Xrispins, and Innkeeper Monica

Issues Addressed:

• .npc add 50030 will leads to a missing model error on console.
• .gh butler when guild house are created will also lead to the same error on console
• purchasing innkeeper will leads to the same error
• also address the failed build test from previous build
• Bug: Creature (Entry: 500030) has no model defined in table creature_template_model, can't load. #56

Tests Performed:

• Build without error
• Running correctly after changes

How to Test the Changes:

1. Create new guild house
2. .gh butler no longer fail
3. purchase innkeeper at guild house no longer fail
